Groundhog day against Cheshunt 1s for another season!
Aiming to turn the tables on a familiar opposition, Berko started strongly and stayed composed against a Cheshunt team who were looking to soak up the pressure and catch us on the break.

Off we trail to the Royal Masonic school for girls with an energetic mixture of youth and experience. For the first time this year we are blessed with two subs, an exciting prospect, if we could get the combinations right. The fluidity of the club’s availability once again exposed as we go into our third game with six different players from last week.

For the second week running Berkhamsted 5ths faced a recently relegated team in Southgate Adelaide 2nds who turned out to be a useful team.

Thank goodness for Mark Johnson's feet. With them, there was a feint whiff. But without them, we would have suffered further humiliation against a Cheshunt side that we should have beaten.

We had a lovely day trip, although slightly out the comfort zone as it was well within the M25
